If you come from a big family, Birchwood Manor’s got you covered. This venue can hold parties as big as 1,500 or as small as 25. 12. Meadow Wood Manor
Meadow Wood Manor is an elegant mansion wedding venue, about one hour from New York City and two hours from Philadelphia. It’s been the choice for many brides and grooms looking for a place to hold a rustic, picturesque wedding.The venue is a colonial style manor that features elegant crystal chandeliers, charming palladium windows, beautiful French doors, a sprawling grand staircase and a huge dance floor.
13. Mallard Island Yacht Club
The beautiful Barnegat Bay surrounds this gorgeous Long Beach Island estate. There is nothing more romantic than exchanging vows in front of a stacked stone fireplace. The Yacht Club can accommodate parties of up to 250 guests in the main ballroom.

Nanina’s is unique for its gardens, park setting and bridal walk. The facility is one of our favorite reception sites for weddings after dark.
Nanina’s features: marble and wrought iron staircases, an elegant bridal suite, a grand ballroom with Austrian crystal chandeliers, a library with a fireplace and romantic gardens with a waterfall, a brook and a bridge.The facility can accommodate up to 1500 guests or 400 guests for a seated dinner.
15. Perona Farms
If you envision rustic, country, or vintage vibes for your big day, you’re not alone. The barn has been transformed into a modern facility and possesses a visual “wow factor” both inside and out. It is a newly-renovated barn perfect for picturesque nuptials. Boasting fourth-generation ownership and 97 years of experience, the venue boasts an open-air feel (with two levels to celebrate for both cocktail hour and reception), breathtaking wooden archways, and gorgeously landscaped grounds — wonderful for rustic, swoon-worthy photo ops.

This venue gets two thumbs up from us!
21. Rock Island Lake Club
Rock Island Lake Club, a brand new, exclusive banquet and catering facility is open specializes in grand occasions such as weddings. Nestled in the beautiful Sparta Mountains, Rock Island is an easy commute from anywhere in the tri state area. Rock Island Lake Club features include private lakefront property on an eleven acre lake, two islands, natural birch tree archway, and a stone fire pit.Take your wedding photos on the dock overlooking the stunning water below. The venue is perfectly nestled in a natural wooded wildlife reserve area. You and your guests will mix and mingle while moving from the nature engulfed outdoor areas to the rustic indoor ballroom.
22. The Ryland Inn
With elegance and architectural style that is breathtaking, the Grand Ballroom creates a stunning atmosphere to host a wedding ceremony or reception. The Grand Ballroom accommodates a maximum capacity of 225 seated guests or 300 for a cocktail reception. At Madison Hotel, the Victorian-design Conservatory is so romantic it will take your breath away. This soaring glass masterpiece, punctuated with white wood framing and elegant curves, is a memorable setting for an inspiring ceremony or a dazzling reception that can be customized with dramatic lighting. The conservatory offers one of the brightest and unique wedding venues in New Jersey. The Savoy features a circular drive, expansive manicured grounds, a stunning light filled ballroom and a luxurious bridal suite.
The Venetian first came to our attention. The facility features one of the most extravagant interiors in our survey. It truly feels like a place of fantasy and magic. The Venetian features grand ballroom with marble floors and gigantic crystal chandeliers, dramatic staircase, lighted indoor fountain, on site catering and bar, outdoor patio with bar and balconies.

The Tides Estate in North Haledon, New Jersey is one of those venues who actually care and give ultimate service to their couples. The estate is gorgeous both inside and out! With every detail from the array of food options to the design of the Grand Ballroom. When you first pull into the grounds your are met with pristine landscaping. As you walk into the front doors the delight of fresh flowers and Dianne’s smile greet you. The Victorian styled Bridal Suite is setup with a personal bartender and food stations for you & your bridesmaids. The Modern Grooms Suite is perfect for the groomsmen to prep for the Big Day! We can’t forget about the Grand Ballroom with the tall ceilings, custom drapery, and a stairway perfect for the couple’s grand entrance.
This venue has been on our shooting bucket list for a while now, we always had so much fun every time we came here.
39.Westmount Country Club
Nothing can match the tastefully decorated ballrooms of the Westmount Country Club. Spacious cocktail areas, large dance floors, crystal chandeliers and floor-to-ceiling windows offer spectacular panoramic views of New Jersey’s countryside. The manicured gardens, charming gazebos and outdoor terrace area create the perfect backdrop for cocktail receptions, ceremonies and photo opportunities.
40. Windows on the Water at Frogbridge
Windows on the water in Frogbridge are known for having a blue lake that is meant to keep the mosquitos away. It is a very cool location. The grounds there are great and they even have a mini golf course on the property that is really fun to shoot at. The beautiful covered gazebo makes an outstanding spot for couples to exchange their vows in a lovely garden setting.
41.Bonnet Island Estate
How does a private coastal island wedding with a ceremony in a quaint boathouse chapel sound? Bonnet Island Estate is a wonderful waterfront wedding venue in Manahawkin, New Jersey. Not only is the boathouse chapel all kinds of magic for your ceremony but the majestic ballroom and private guest suites emulate sophistication and luxury. From gorgeous English garden landscaped grounds and panoramic bay views to the seriously cool ballroom – 250 guests can boogie down in a ballroom with high wood-framed ceilings made to resemble the inverted hull of a classic sailing ship. Jardin de Buis is one of the most stunning estate & greenhouse venues we’ve seen maybe EVER, let alone in New Jersey. It truly is the perfect place to host your unforgettable “I-do’s” as it offers a myriad of indoor and outdoor event spaces – a grand hall barn, two formal glass greenhouses, an orangerie, a formal potager garden, as well as extensive grounds for outdoor events. Are you a garden party type of couple? Crossed Key’s Estate is an enchanting garden wedding venue set in Andover New Jeresey. The W Hoboken is a perfect location for the couple looking to celebrate their big day in a trendy, upscale, and glamorous way. What an amazing year 2016 was!
We got to travel to some amazing places, connect with awesome brides + grooms and be a part of their wedding days, shoot in some of our dream locations, develop new friendships, continue to expand our creativity, and challenge ourselves. It was SO difficult to pick just one photo from each wedding of the year – we photographed around 96 incredible weddings, and many engagement sessions, portrait shoots and lifestyle sessions as well as experienced some beautiful moments between couples and their loved ones and were lucky enough to be the ones documenting these moments.

We made the most wonderful trip by spending several days and driving around in Iceland! We drove alllll over the Reykjavik, Reynisfjara, Skogafoss, etc…Iceland is such a beautiful and romantic country and has so much to offer as a perfect backdrop for a celebration. We immediately fall more in love with this wild, beautiful country and can’t wait to be back in just a few short months. Hopefully soon! 🙂
